Thank you for visiting the Melaragno Residential Design web page. Let me take this moment to introduce myself. My name is Andrew Melaragno, the President of Melaragno Residential Design LLC. I am a Residential Designer specializing in custom home designs, builders’ spec. home designs, and large scale remodeling and renovations. I am a member of The American Institute of Building Design and a Certified Professional Building Designer.
Whether you have sketched out your own floor plan and need someone to help make it come to life, or you have ideas and dreams and need a Residential Designer to plan them out for you, I can be of service. My past work experience with a custom home builder here in Columbus has given me the “hands on” field training needed to fully understand how a home is built, what works, and what does not.
The whole Building Design Process is carried out through three separate phases: the Design Phase, the Preliminary Drawing Phase, and the Working Drawing Phase. Working in three phases allows me to start with the “basics” and work up to the details that truly make your home a custom home.
